Quantum Mechanics
Motion in a potential: particle in a box
Motion of a quantum particle initially described by a Gaussian wave packet centered in the middle of a square box

As a Gaussian wave packet is not a stationary state of the particle-in-a-box problem the probability distribution changes with time. There is a non-zero probability for the particle to visit any point of the box. This is not always the case for a classical particle.
